We're expanding our team at the Iowa Community HUB and seeking a compassionate and resourceful leader.

The Iowa Community HUB was selected as one of 20 grantees nationally to be awarded funding through USAging's Center of Excellence to Align Health and Social Care (COE).

The proposed project will build and support capacity for the broad dissemination of arthritis-appropriate, evidence-based interventions (AAEBIs) in Iowa to reduce the burden of arthritis.
