The Iowa Community HUB and Grace Fitness are working together through the SNAP-Ed HEAL grant to improve community health by expanding access to nutrition, physical activity, and support programs, with a focus on sustainable, community-driven change.

The Iowa Community HUB has a service opportunity through the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors Public Health AmeriCorps program. We are seeking an individual to support our HUB Community Food Project activities across the state.
