We’re excited to share the draft of our new 3-Year Strategic Action Plan (2026-2028) and invite feedback from our community partners and members. Your input is vital in shaping our shared vision and ensuring the plan reflects the priorities and perspectives of those we serve.

The HUB is now in its 5th year of developing a nationally evolving model. Because this work continues to grow and adapt, the Strategic Plan still includes action steps focused on development and infrastructure, alongside strategies to expand community impact.
