Iowa Community HUB Recognized as Partner of the Year

Iowa Public Health Association recognizes the Iowa Community HUB with the 2024 Iowa Public Health Association Partner of the Year Award.

At the Iowa Public Health Association Conference, March 26^th-27^th the Iowa Community HUB gave a poster presentation that shared the contributions made by the statewide community care hub on the health of Iowans that helped garner this award.
