HUB Operations Manager

We’re on the lookout to fill a new position as Operations Manager at the Iowa Community HUB! As a nonprofit community care hub (CCH), the HUB collaborates with organizations statewide to maximize access to resources and support community initiatives through clinic to community partnerships. 

📚 What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee HUB partner network and public relations
  • Manage budgets and financial planning
  • Supervise a dynamic team
  • Ensure quality service delivery and compliance

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, Public Health, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years in operations management, preferably in healthcare or social services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

HUB Billing and UHA Manager

We’re on the lookout to fill a new position as Billing and Umbrella Hub Arrangement (UHA) Manager at the Iowa Community HUB! We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced billing specialist to lead our billing and claims reimbursement operations.

In this full-time, hybrid role, you’ll ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursements, and the successful management of our Umbrella Hub Arrangement (UHA). If you’re passionate about optimizing revenue cycles, managing contracts, and driving quality improvement, we want to hear from you!

📚 What You’ll Do:

  • Billing process management
  • Submit claims to insurance carriers/ third-party payers
  • Ensure quality service delivery and compliance

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field
  • 3+ years in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or financial operations
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing practices, coding systems, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in billing software, EHR systems, and data analysis
