The Iowa Community HUB has selected Cumulus as its new technology platform to support statewide programs, care coordination, and partner collaboration.

After careful evaluation and planning, this investment reflects our commitment to building a stronger technology infrastructure that supports our daily work and positions the HUB for continued growth. As our programs and partnerships expand, Cumulus will help us scale more efficiently and meet the evolving needs of our network. This shift will streamline workflows, improve reporting and billing processes, and strengthen how we connect Iowans to evidence-based programs and services. It will also enhance key areas such as referral management, enrollment, communication, and program outcomes.

We are proud to be joining a growing network of Community Care Hubs across the country using Cumulus to modernize operations and expand impact. 

This is an exciting step forward for the Iowa Community HUB as we continue working to better serve our communities.
